“Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because (s)he wants to do it.” - Dwight Eisenhower

In this workshop for project leaders, Eileen Page BSc (Hons), MBA will be speaking to us about achieving results through other people.  We will focus on strengthening our interpersonal skills, how to work with sponsors, steering committees and client managers and also learn to manage project groups, as well as your own team.

There are six essential skills we have identified in working with hundreds of leaders who want to refine how they interact with others in planning, communicating, delegating and managing for results.  During this workshop you will have opportunity to understand what those skills are and how to apply them in real world situations.  You will also get a chance to practice those skills and should leave equipped with tools, practices and approaches that can be applied in your most challenging situation.
